I decided that Brock and I needed updated pictures, we took my brother-in-law with us to help take them...we were laughing so hard because I was giving him strict instructions on how to hold the camera, when to zoom and when not to- its safe to say he thinks I'm crazy! I think he did a pretty good job. Lots turned out but I thought I better not overwhelm you with lots of pictures of us! I hope everyone has a wonderful Christmas!

Tagged...
Okey, so Jodi tagged me...lets see how this goes!
1. One of my favorite things in life are my Grandma Schick's girls trips. Every year my grandma takes us somewhere...just girls! We have been to New York City, Cozumel Mexico, Cannon Beach in Oregon just to name a few! It is such a fun tradition and I hope is continues on.
2. I love movies, whether it's going to a great movie in the movie theater or getting in my pj's and cuddling up and watching a good movie in the comfort of my own home...I LOVE MOVIES!
3. I also love a great book! Brock doesn't like when I find a good one because that means no dinner, dirty laundry and a disaster of a house! I have to limit myself ... my favorite book, its hard to decide been A Thousand Splendid Suns and the Twilight series and I loved the Kite Runner too... love them all!
4. Photography is my new passion ... well its been a passion for a while now but even more so now. I love it! I love trying new things with it and learning all I can about all the possibilities out there. I love sharing new ideas with others and them sharing them with me!
5. All I can say is it must be a Beckstead thing ... I am with you Jodi, I love nothing more then vacuumed carpet, I love the lines, the fluffiness ... everything ... and oh yes, nobody can walk on it when I am done!
6. As much as it usually stresses me out ... I love throwing parties at my house. I love being the hostess and having everyone over to enjoy good food and fun company! I just hosted a Christmas dinner at my house for some high school friends. I put out my nice Christmas china, my table look amazing if I do say so myself and we ate wonderful food ... it was a BLAST!

So those are some things about me now I tag ... Val, Ky and Whitney! You need to write 6 facts/habit about you! Its really is fun!

Winter Wonderland!
I shot these on Saturday during a rather "big" snow
storm...I was really worried that they wouldn't turn out
but I think that it adds to the photos!
